As with any special cause, it takes monetary funds to drive things forward. Our vision of providing a purpose built Pre-School and Community Centre is no different. Through various UK based events organised by the charity, we hope to raise £75,000 in total to see this project through. We cannot stress enough what a worthwhile cause this really is. Here´s the story so far;

In 2006 November we purchased a property (adjoining our plot) and converted it to a Pre-School, with two large classrooms and proper facilities. It was opened on April 20th 2007 and we employ a caretaker and two teachers. The Pre-School now caters for over 40 Children from the township, as you can see from the photos, what a transformation, the children are so happy!

Our mission still remains the same, we still have a plot of land adjoining the Pre-School and we continue to raise funds to fulfil our vision of building a purpose built Building to house the Pre-School and to be jointly used as a Community Centre to serve the community. Our target is £55,000.

So far we have raised £25,000 which will contribute to the project and also help pay for the day to day running costs including teachers wages. We are very proud of this achievement and would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors and general contributors for their efforts and generosity. There is much work to be done, however, and we are committed to seeing it through. This is where we appeal to you for help.
