Grahamstown (R.S.A)
Rainbow Kidz is based in the township of Grahamstown South Africa. Grahamstown is also known as the City of Saints because it has more than 50 churches which is unusual for such a small town! It is located in the province of Eastern Cape.
The province lies equidistant from the major market centres of South Africa and is linked to those centres by a modern network of air, roads and railways.
The Alexandria-Grahamstown area produces pineapples, chicory and dairy products, while coffee and tea are cultivated at Magwa. People in the former Transkei region are dependent on cattle, maize and sorghum-farming. An olive nursery has been developed in collaboration with the University of Fort Hare to form a nucleus of olive production in the Eastern Cape.
The province is the hub of the motor manufacturing (interestingly one of the largest motor manufacturing hubs in the world). It also has abundant capacity to accommodate further industrial expansion and cheap industrial land is available in most towns.
